Il 30 Maggio alle ore 19,30 all’interno della sala si terrà un concerto di violoncello solo Tommaso Verlinghieri farà suonare uno strumento antico creato da un liutaio aretino di cui racconteremo la storia. Quest’incontro unisce il virtuosismo del musicista alla sapienza artigiana di Luigi Cavallini.

We are pleased to invite you to the two upcoming events on the calendar!
The summer programming will be very promising, and we are really happy with the proposals that will take place on the Palmerino “stage”!
On May 30 at 7:30 pm inside the hall there will be a solo cello concert Tommaso Verlinghieri will play an ancient instrument created by an Arezzo luthier whose story we will tell. This encounter combines the virtuosity of the musician with the craftsmanship of Luigi Cavallini.
Reservations required. Free meeting for members and 5 euro contribution for non-members.

Alba Gaetana Avarello, introdotta dalla nostra consigliera e amica Guillemette Denis Marzotto, ci parlerà di un illustre e importante letterato francese , Anatole France, che ha frequentato assiduamente Firenze ed è stato anche al Palmerino in visita a Vernon Lee. Sarà l’occasione di parlare anche di “un altro viaggiatore” rispetto alla colonia angloamericana a cui siamo più abituati.
